HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Harborlight Vale Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Spokane area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
