HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Bridge Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Spokane presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
