HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Ivory Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Anchorage with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
