HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Summit Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Jacksonville region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 756 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
