HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Yarrow Civic Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
