HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Banking Services is a regional lender in Buffalo with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
