HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Lakeside Environmental Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
