HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Clear Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Des Moines, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
