HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Rivermark Ridge Financial is a financial-services company in Charleston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
