HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Thistle Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
