HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Juniper Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Oakland with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
