HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Quarry Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Anchorage region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
