HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Kestrel Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Minneapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 987 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
