HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Keystone Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Houston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
