HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Umber Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Kansas City. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
