HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Amberfield Beacon Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Savannah plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
