HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Juniper Civic Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
