HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Fern Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Anchorage. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 768 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
