HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Iron Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
