HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Lakeside Transit Planning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
