HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Mill Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
