HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Cedar Ridge Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Colorado Springs, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
