HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sable Markets Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
