HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Umber Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around St. Louis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 763 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
