HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Granite Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Oklahoma City region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
