HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bright Oak Arts Center is an arts centre in Tucson with a full calendar of events. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 542 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
