HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Summit Cross Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Honolulu, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
