HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Orchard Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Providence, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
