HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Yarrow Civic Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
