HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Lumen Fern Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Spokane. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
