HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline North Pharma Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
