HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Pine Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
