HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Clearpath Health Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
