HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Granite Financial serves customers across Las Vegas with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
