HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Lumen Yarrow Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Spokane. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 337 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
