HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Providence. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
