HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Lumen Iron Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Denver. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
