HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Keystone Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
