HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Amber Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
