HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Summit Fox Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
