HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Field Water Authority Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
