HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Foxglove Yarrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Denver with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
