HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Foxglove Field Staffing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 682 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
