HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Basin Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Nashville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
