HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Ironwood Linden Legal Group is a law firm in Savannah serving businesses and individuals, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
