HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Cedar Drift Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
