HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Amber Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
