HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Basin Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
