HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Analytics is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
