HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Clearpath Maple Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
